  I had an extremely poor experience at this store trying to get a large order for my children and grandchildren on a quiet Sunday morning. The store manager was rude to me as well as his staff. I submitted a bad survey in hopes of having a chat with a regional supervisor over the incident. I was the only person inside the store and I observed him being demeaning and abusive to his employees. The sandwich maker offered to make the breakfast burritos I wanted that weren't "prepped" the night before by the night crew, and he shot him down. No offer of a substitution, no apology. "Refund his money"
  
  Actually, then he was pissed because the poor lady didn't know how to ring it back on my credit card.
  
  In other DD's, I have gotten these burritos made from scratch in less than 5 minutes. I talked with a couple of managers at different stores I frequent while working. They said what he did was absurd.
  
  As far as looking for resolution from DD customer service, don't waste your time. The minute they turn your complaint over to the store manager, ( who was the problem to begin with ) they consider the case closed and there is nothing further they will do. After a protracted email exchange with the arrogant young man, I was basically told "tough crap" since no one will read this review anyway. I really feel sorry for the people stuck working with this guy on a daily basis. At least it was just one bad experience for me.
  
  Therefore, I will never step foot in a Dunkin Donuts again over this incident. My opinion may not matter, or what I tell my friends about the whole experience, but I can vote with my wallet. I'm a tractor trailer driver, and I frequent DD almost every day.
  
  I came in that morning and ordered $30 worth of food, doughnuts and coffee. I should have spent another $10 and taken the family out to a nice breakfast, with a polite and pleasant waitress who would have treated me with respect as I would have done to her in kind, including an ample tip.
  
  I'd like to blame the generation for this managers behavior , but my son is close to his age and treats people with respect. Who knows, maybe it was just bad parenting.
  
  I've been a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer for over 40 years. Means little in 2016.
